Meghan Hughes has called Austin her home and playground since 2005 and comes to real estate with an intimate knowledge of the city. From neighborhoods, to up-and-coming restaurants, nightlife, outdoor recreation and more, she enjoys showing her clients, especially those new to the area, the local scene and all that it has to offer. She also has extensive experience in high-end hospitality where she sharpened her eye for design and details, and perfected the skills needed to meet and exceed client expectations.
Originally from Montana's Flathead Valley, Meghan graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication and lived in British Columbia before moving to Austin. Meghan loves her work and the opportunity it offers for connection with not only her clients, but to the city she calls home. She enjoys looking after her clients’ best interests, being sensitive to their needs and objectives, while being cognizant of the emotional and financial stakes involved. In her work as a dedicated and thoughtful realtor, Meghan is happiest when her clients are happy, and to this end, she brings personalized service, sound advice, open communication and joy to the process and strives for the best results possible every step of the way.
As a vibrant member of the community, Meghan leads with her heart and finds joy in giving back. She currently sits on the development board for People’s Community Clinic, volunteers with Urban Roots, and spent many years as a mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.

Originally from Tulsa, OK, Ashley moved to Austin in 1996 to attend the University of Texas. Very soon after arriving, she knew it was her forever home.
In 2014, after working for a year as Assistant to Mark Strüb, Ashley got her REALTOR license. She was integral to the achievements earned by the Strüb Residential Group of #1 ranking in 2019, #2 in 2020, and #1 in 2021. Living in Austin for 20+ years, Ashley knows its areas and their personalities very well. She has helped hundreds of people buy and sell real estate and viewed a thousand + properties in the process. It’s a large bank of knowledge she brings to every relationship.
She majored in Cultural Anthropology, studied abroad in Venezuela, then moved to Houston after graduating in 2000. There she went into marketing research, conducting studies across the US and Europe for major oil and gas companies, world-leading healthcare organizations, and other Fortune 500 companies.
Since then, she has worked in advertising, marketing, and as a business owner. This experience has taught her the importance of clear, concise communications and the power of first impressions.
In 2003, Ashley and her husband, designed and built the house they still live in today. Jeff's residential construction company provides Ashley with strong knowledge and resources within the building and renovating process.
Pairing her passion for houses and land with her marketing background, Ashley creates and executes nimble marketing plans that turn a well-loved home or investment property into a highly-desired product. She is an expert at preparing a property for market. She often wears the hat of General Contractor on behalf of her clients, doing what is needed to get a property in its best shape possible. Because she also works with many Buyers, she knows what attributes Buyers desire most, which translates into high returns for her Sellers. It also enables her to be an extremely effective negotiator.
Ashley and Jeff have two daughters, Kate and Liv. They reside in the Lake Hills area on the west side of Austin in Eanes ISD. They love boating on Lake Austin, hanging out at their Lake Park, hiking Commons Ford, and meeting up with friends at the neighborhood hang-outs, Patrizi’s and Civil Goat. On Friday mornings, you can find her on the pickle ball court.

Adding to his multifaceted career, Justyn's time as a trained pastry chef in one of Oakland's premier establishments gives him an edge in client service—delivering both creativity and precision in every interaction.
Justyn's approach to real estate is deeply rooted in honest communication, trust, and personalization. He's an expert at reading individual client needs and knows that attention to small details often makes the biggest impact. His experience in design, coupled with his passion for luxury real estate, allows him to provide tailored solutions for each client.
Beyond real estate, Justyn is actively involved in charity work. He contributes to community health initiatives through Texas Health Action and supports environmental conservation efforts with the Austin Trail Conservancy. He also participates in the annual back-to-school supply drive for Helping Hand Home, ensuring local children receive essential supplies for the school year.
In his downtime, Justyn stays busy. He's a bonafide foodie who loves exploring Austin's culinary scene and creating meals for friends. A fitness enthusiast, Justyn frequently works out at Travis County Strength, where he trains in strength and conditioning and strongman events. However, perhaps his greatest love outside of real estate is his family—his husband, Sean, and their two dogs, Jackson and Greta, who complete his vibrant Austin life.
